How to check the official demo

  1. Open the official Steam store page linked in the source list below.
  2. Look for the demo/download control on the store page. If it is gone, do not search for a mirror first: the developer may have intentionally ended the demo window.
  3. If Steam shows the control but the download does not start, restart the Steam client, check the Downloads view, and confirm that the client is signed in to the intended account.
  4. Only use the Steam listing or a link published by the developer. This guide does not mirror an executable.

What the public sources confirm

Steam describes Inferno Protocol as a survival horror game set in a large maze, playable solo or with up to six players. The developer’s community update calls the upcoming release Early Access and says the demo was being taken down ahead of that release. The exact demo build, content boundary, and availability can change.

If the demo is not visible

That can be normal after the announced cutoff. Check the store page’s release status and the Community Hub’s latest announcement before treating it as a local Steam problem. Avoid unofficial “demo download” pages; they are not needed to validate the game.
